ATCAS 13



Birthday is this weeks challenge over at Addicted to clean and simple so here is my submission... A Quarto sized card, a paint chip in Hydrangea blue that I picked up on a previous visit to the USA and the stamp is from Anita's Art, I coloured the image with Promarkers and added just the slightest hint of iridescent glitter the the air around the candle flames. The greeting is stamped in archival black & is of unknown origin!
