No shaving foam to do any marbling today which was what I planned to be doing- the can was so old it longer worked!

So I set about using the diecuts that just happened to jump out of an envelope that fell onto my desk....umbellifers :-). I just need to link these to the dictionary challenge!

Some subtle stencilled triangles...some images from a flower book...

Detail of bottom page...

Think I might end up putting a little ink around the page edges though!

  1. Yes I will believe that those die cuts just fell out of the envelope.
They look fantastic on your lovely pages.

  2. Interesting word so had to look it up. Love how you've depicted it!

  3. Such a brilliant word! I was looking forward to seeing which umbellifer you chose when you mentioned it earlier (yes, I looked it up and now I have a great new word). Love this one.

  4. Now aren't you glad you didn't marble paper today? Look at the second lovely CB entry you gave us. And of course, I simply adored the way those die cuts fell out of an envelope just in time to be the perfect addition to the pages. So glad you did this second entry.

  5. Lovely, Umbel shapes are great, love it.

  6. Super page - love that word too. Thank you for joining the Craft Barn Challenge xx

  7. Lovely pages and a great choice of word xx

  8. I love it when the cow parsley is in bloom along the road verges so your lovely page and choice of word cheered me up on this dull morning.
