Not sure of the make of the pine cone stamp but the leaf is from the Rubber tapestry leaves of autumn set.

MOOs in a row
AUTUMN
I felt a touch of autumn whilst walking the dog yesterday morning...and so I decided to create a little something :-)
I started off with a piece of card that had been used to mop up some extra distress inks and cut it to #8 size tag, the colours are Frayed Burlap, Pumice, Broken China, Peeled Paint & Spiced Marmalade.
I did some water flicking & then distressed & edged with Vintage Photo.
The background has been stamped with a "vine" leaf stamp in Peeled Paint and then I have stamped the pumpkin using the same colour + clear embossing powder (I wanted to accentuate the tendrils)
I then stamped the pumpkin with archival black on the inside of an envelope that came from France Telecom! I liked the orange pips :-)
I cut the pumpkins so that I could get 3 layers, the smaller one has been coloured using Dried Marigold, the middle layer with Spiced Marmalade and the base layer is the same but with a touch of Rusty Hinge. I've also added a few strokes of Mandarin Promarker to accentuate the shadows. The foliage has been coloured using Peeled Paint,
I have added Tattered Florals leaves that I've die-cut from inked book pages and also stamped a couple of spider webs (Martha Stewart).
Some eyelash yarn, ribbon & raffia from my stash finish the tag.

Play time
I've been shopping on eBay and here is my first successful bid
This seemed highly appropriate with autumn just round the corner....there are hopefully more little parcels to arrive :-)
Yesterday I had some playing time, much needed as my back was killing me after a hard day in the garden on Monday!
I needed to replenish my ATC stash and as I shall be heading across the pond to see the grandchildren before too long it seemed like the ideal thing to do....I shall also be collecting the Blitsy purchases that I have been making since last December!!!
Free stamp & Promarkers
Sorry about these ones being landscape rather than portrait...but the IPad is not playing ball today :-(

Every inchie Monday
This week the theme is SONG
I just happened to have a scrap of "inkblot" card that is stamped with the music stamp from Tim Holtz "joyful song" so all that I had to do was edge with a little black archival to define the piece & add a musical instrument that I've been hoarding forever!
Washi 2
More washi tape today...
Same Paper Artsy stamps (writing & ink blots) . This time I've coloured with DI- needs helps to dry as it was still damp after 48 hours despite yesterday being a scorcher (for Scotland) I've added a love letter (whispers for DoCraft)
I'm entering this at "less is more" & "fun with ATCs"

Washi tape
I decided that it was time to have a go at making my own washi tape today.
Out came the micropore tape & acrylic inks (turquoise & sea green metallic) archival black ink & some paper artsy stamps (oriental writing, ink blots & feather).
Quite good fun to do & I will probably make more.
Hope everyone is having a good bank holiday w/e- ours has now cheered up as the sun has come out :-)
Hearts & Flowers
The latest title from a friend who organises an occasional ATC swap is "hearts & flowers". They are not due out for a while but I just happened to have the drawer open yesterday that was holding the most appropriate stamps :-) so feeling that fate was taking part... I set to stamping!
Today I did the colouring whilst "watching" the Grand Prix. I've used Promarker & Spectrum Noire pens.
The stamps are a mix of free & bought from Personal Impressions, Candi Stamps, Chocolate Baroque, ? from Quick Cards.

Twinchies
I started with a "mop-up" piece of card that I have stamped in black using an Anita's Art stamp that reminds me of a sunflower
I have then accentuated some of the colours with green & yellow promarkers
My second one is also an Anita's Art stamp, this one reminds me of a gerbera, again I have stamped in black, used promarkers to colour the flower & then edged the card with shaded lilac distress ink, I've pulled some colour in from the edges using a damp paintbrush.
These 2 will almost certainly making their way onto cards at some stage!MOO-time
Moo challenge 42 is all about beards and as none of my "male" stamps have beards (well, only Santa) I decided to go with this chap called d'Aubigné - he just happened to be staring out at be from an old French encyclopaedia!
He's been stuck onto a paper scrap that had been overstamped in a previous incarnation, just added a touch of vintage photo ink to the edges to finish off :-)

August tag
I'm back from my holiday feeling suitably refreshed but with 1 problem... Mr Mojo might still be there!!! I think this may partly be due to no Internet for a month & bloglovin tells me I've 589 unread posts!!!
I had crafting time today as DH went golfing in St Andrews :-). I decided that I wanted to try the current Tim Holtz tag despite not having the supplies!!!
My first tag is done wrinkle free with distress inks, the plane, boat & train are Clear Choice stamps, a touch on the small side though. The "background" is a hobbycraft map, the passport stamp is part of a freebie set & the binoculars /journey are also from clear choice.
For the next attempt I used a compass stamp (Kanban) & moped (Get Stamping) that I masked- the words are coloured using felt pens & come from the same set as the moped. The map is a Craft Stamper freebie & "King of the road" is by Inkadinkadoo .
Both tags have had their edges distressed & ribbon/string/raffia comes from my stash.
I'm entering the moped on the challenge.

Early morning
Took a hike up the mountain early this morning- a beautiful mountain lake at 2240m (nearly 7000ft) in the Mercantour Park. Bliss!
