This week we had to start with a black background (acrylic on copy paper) stencil white acrylic onto the black & then, once dry add 2 analogous colours on top...

I had a play then tried using navy paper & white gesso with the same 2 colours that I used on the black.

Then I added some gel pen: copper on the black & white on the navy.....all in all a fun play!

I’ve recently been involved in a mixed media postcard swap 10 out & 10 in....not all arrived yet! Sadly I don’t have pictures for all of them.

And I got another scavenger page done....

July 29 August for sky blue, Forest Green/boat/flowers/food or fruit/building/Washi tape.

August 5-11 turquoise, grass green/ reptile/ symbols/triangles/ music/ something from stash.

August 12-18 pink, brick/fibres/fantasy/drink/stamp/horse.

August 19 to 25 brown, navy/car/cat/ribbon/quote /dog.

August 26 September 1 lime green, lemon yellow/quote/ boat/lines/tag/place.

So long since I last checked in! In fairness I have had a holiday in America since I last blogged and then there is all the catching up to do and things have had a few hiccups but that should not be an excuse.
