Well now, there's a subject that I like, especially in the autumn. Making a decision on how to treat the subject was a tough one but at least it was simplified by having to be a one layer card :-)
I used the Tim Holtz Tattered Foliage die to create a stencil and then, using individual pegs from Rubber Stamp Tapestry I stamped foliage in distress inks - the rectangular card using Wild Honey, Tea Dye, Barn door & a little Mustard Seed, the sentiment is from Kanban. The square card was stamped using Squeezed Lemonade, Ripe Persimmon & Seedless Preserves.
Two birthdays coming up soon so I'm all set!
Love your colourful leaves ! Thanks for stopping in at my blog, I appreciate it ! Shirleyx

These are lovely, I think that I prefer the second one, the colours blend really well in that one.
ReplyDeleteTo link directly to your post rather than your entire blog, you click on the title of the post and then copy the URL which appears at the top. ( It is your blog address plus an additional bit which will bring us directly to your card.)
Thanks so much

"Less is More"
Thanks Chrissie for the " how to" it was indeed the second card that I thought I had linked to the challenge! I am still a real beginner when it comes to computers :-)!
DeleteI earned a blinkie last week & I know what they are but no idea how to get it on to my blog as the one method I read about didn't work :-(.
I guess I'll get there in the end....
Gorgeous autumn leaves , the cards look great.
