Cats are the theme over at moo mania & I just happened to have one that I had diecut sitting on my desk.
A scrap of oil pastel coloured paper, my spellbinders kitty & a couple of very flat gems for eyes and we have a colourful cat with spooky golden orbs for eyes
fantastic effect with the background! WOW!
