Woohoo
I managed to get up to date!
Positiv Journal perfection.....
It's an impossible state to reach so I went grungy thanks to stencils & stamps!
And over on DLP: glassine/windows of my mind....I went quite warped because I couldn't!
Left:
Window detail with glassine glass...and a spider web!
Behind the glass is my brain....
A phrenology styled head! (Paper Artsy Lynne Perella)Maybe now I might find time to squeeze in a Tim tag & make a start on the Funkie Junkie 12 tags of Christmas, keep your fingers crossed for me!

Rudolph day
Yikes! I'm late this month with my post....just can't seem to get to grip with dates since our return from the USA!
I've only one share for this month....and there's only one more month for us to take part before the big day - how scary is that....
M.I.A
My apologies to the ladies at every inchie Monday my comments have not been seen for a few weeks due to vacation & then playing catch up the journal pages, all I could think of last week was a white square to represent Greek yogurt- I felt bad at the idea of using that as it seemed such a cop-out!
So after missing last week completely I am here to make amends! I have a textured inch....it's a piece of metal from a takeaway dish that's been through the cuttlebug & then rubbed with a little paint to better show the texture
I'll be visiting you all this week, apologies again for my lack of commenting.....

Two
Positiv Journal is now almost caught up, 2 more in the bag today & the remaining one started...new one releases tomorrow:-(
PĂȘcher mignon or ps hang... I do like a bottle of the fizzy stuff! Don't mind if it's Cava, Prosecco or champagne
Paper pieced bottle
Gustaf Klimt has been a real pain to photograph due to all the gold & I went a bit mad as I do like his work!!!
Google image coloured & mounted onto a piece of gold wrapping paper & some Paper Artsy bubbles on gold/white circles down one side. Lots of reflection coming off this one - sorry!

End is in sight?
A few more pages to share...
DLP there is no shadow without light
A magazine image from the British Airways magazine on the flight over to the USA gave me something to think about for this challenge!
And a sunny day trip to Boothbay gave me an image of myself to bring to the challenge, I've merely added stencilling to the background of both pages added foliage to one & an anchor to the other.
I'm working on 2 pages for Positiv Journal & I'm still plodding through ideas for a third that is SO NOT inspiring me and I've not even begun to think about my Funkie Junkie 12 tags this year & there are already 4 out there so I'll need to revisit the posts & spark some ideas....
DLP Translucent papers: deli paper for this one
I used a piece of happy mail for the central image, an Rennie Mackintosh style lady stamped on deli paper. The square tiles are done with a free stamp from Craft Stamper & coloured with promarkers.
The other half of the spread is another piece of happy mail, acrylics on printed deli paper, I've added a crazy bird die cut from paper scrap and layers added, the speech bubble is white posca pen.
That took me up to date on the DLP challenges ready for the new one today!
Journal 52s latest challenge is focus & I thought....CAMERA!
Again I've raided my happy mail stash and these are the centre panel (different camera designs) & the little wooden cameras along the bottom in the stamped film strip, the small paper ones came from a pice of gift wrap from many years ago!
I've stamped 2 different camera images on this side using pumice stone distress ink. I also stamped onto a silver/grey scrap & black ink to create the camera in the upper corner, stencilled the word FOCUS, stamped "smile" on a scrap & placed it in a slide mount, a real one from my stash!!! Detail was a diecut from a friend & the lips came from a magazine. Journal 52 is up to date :-)
See you soon

Still getting there
Journal 52: TREES
The left hand page is stencilled & has a border that is a leaves image that I printed off, I used a dark brown & a marbled die cut branch tree die
The right hand is assorted DI, Tim Holtz & Rubber tapestry leaf stamps, the trees are Kanban stamps
This is also journal 52: I am...
Dylusions stencil/DI in abandoned coral for the background, the girl is a Santoro image that I've coloured with acrylics and then done some handwritten text.
Not caught up yet but I am getting there!

Getting there
I've managed to complete a few more pages....
Here's the DLP tissue pages....
I received this as a piece of happy mail, the reverse had a load of oriental script on it, not a clue what it's all about but looks like a children's book so I've gone with writing the beginnings of my very own tale!
I've used section of paper napkin over stamped with drips in hickory smoke, added 3 umbrellas & a doodled border.
The other half is typed tissue paper, pumpkins from a paper napkin glued down with glue n seal
Also for DLP velum/ sheer genius
I'm not really into velum so I scratched around to see what I had in my stash....
And found a small sheet of pink that I've placed over the seepage from the previous week, some tracing paper that has been through the cuttlebug in a "Swiss dots" folder, a butterfly coloured on the reverse with promarkers that was in some happy mail & an ATC that I received from a friend back in 2010.
The other half has some distress ink stencilling in spun sugar, tattered rose & Victorian velvet. A piece of velum with gold printing that has some lines dry embossed into it & a small piece which has some gold embossing that was another happy mail piece. It was a struggle but I managed to keep to the required elements which is more than one of the design team had done!
A final share...journal 52 fairytale.
See you all again soon....

Busy bee
Got me some more pages to share...
Autumn created with an image from the bottom of Mt Washington that I've done some digital work to, skeleton & silk leaves and a hand written poem.
Pink October where I've used an image that a friend shared on Facebook
I also got 1 page finished for DLP the storyboard week
I have had these little frames for ages.... A ball sticker to represent the "homecoming" football match at the local high school, a beer ticket for the brewfest, a music sticker for our trip to the Ogunquit Playhouse where we saw the last performance of the last show of the summer season of Saturday night fever and also the lunar eclipse!, a small map of an area of the Maine sea coast showing Boothbay where we had a lovely day out visiting a wonderful gallery ( bought a moose made of stone & iron) and also a splendid coastal garden filled with some amazing sculptures, a logo from my till receipt - my day shopping at the Maine Mall, a pumpkin for visit to the Cumberland Fair and finally the apple logo from the band enclosing my cutlery/ napkin that is for our lunch at the local branch of Applebee's.I'm catching up :-)

Hello!
I'm back from my travels and raring to go....
I'm a few weeks behind on all journal challenges but no sweat, I'll catch up

I've used a new stencil & DI in shaded lilac, dusty concord, shaded lilac, vintage photo, 2 ATCs and a topper and a metal mask that's been run through the cuttlebug to flatten it somewhat!
DLP silhouettes / storyboard - a week in the life / deli paper - you had me at hello / tissue paper - the disappearing trick / velum - sheer genius. These all remain unstarted but I've got ideas.
Positiv journal pécher mignon / autumn / pink October. The last 2 have been started.
On the inchie front... I missed posting my hotel,
