1. Image: ampersand. word: include. prompt: write something with the secret message hidden in the words or use symbols like a secret code. Technique: use hand lettering somewhere on your page. Quote: if your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete. Buddha.

1. Image: flag or symbol. Word: honour. Prompt: write about the best thing that happened this week. Technique: incorporate tissue paper into background. Quote: The greatest way to live with honour in this world is to be what we pretend to be. Sophocles. 
2. Image soap. Word:  Clean. Prompt: write about your relationship with cleaning . Technique: find a way to use soap on your background. Quote:: soap is to the body what laughter is to the soul. 
3.  Then fate had a hand in the next one as I had some James Bond 007 images!   Image: movie or cartoon characters. Word: entertain. Prompt: write about your favourite types ofbooks or movies include the characters. Technique: incorporate a stamp. Quote: if you don't see yourself as a winner, you cannot perform as a win.
