A new week at POSITIV>>-+->>JOURNAL RELATIVITY is our theme!
So I'm choosing to be a little fish in a big sea that right now just happens to be full of rather large sharks!
Acrylic artists ink (FW), distress inks, paints & stains in various blues + some water sprayed to help blend.
The fish are Chocolate Baroque stamps (steampunk funky fish) that I stamped onto watercolour paper. I've used distress stain on the sharks + watercolour pencils & just the pencils on the little spiny fish - his spines are coloured with a silver pen.
Eek, scary! What a great page... I love the painty ocean layers in the background, and the little fish is adorable, so beautifully coloured.

Loving those steampunk fish. I like all things nautical and I love the speech balloon for the little fish on this page. Lovely art.
ReplyDeleteLove the pages and the blues of the ocean, the fish looks a bit scared of the gang going his way.

p.s. Have you seen the latest Tiot's post, congratulations you are in the Top 5
Hi Sally, love the ocean scene, do hope that little fish can swim faster than those sharks.
