It's Monday again and we have a new inchie theme....you might have guessed from the title that it's
Egyptian.
So here is my inchie, a stamp from a set of 9 ethnic stamps, the make is unknown!
And for my ATC I used a gelli print scrap, an image that's been lurking in my bits 'n bobs
As a keen history student it's a country I wish I had visited when it was still safe to do so!
What a stunning pair this week! Love that Eye of Horus stamp and its background.
ReplyDeleteLove the eye! And the ATC is great too!
ReplyDeleteBoth are terrific

Nice pieces. I really like that ATC! The colors are so vibrant.
ReplyDeletewhat an incredible stamp! love your inchie and the ATC.
ReplyDeleteThe inchie stamp is great and the ATC is good also.
ReplyDeletelove both of them, so much detail on them
ReplyDeleteOoh, loving your Egyptian makes - especially that haunting inchie. It's one of my great delights that I did manage to fit Egypt in while I was working full-time at the RSC (so for a while in my mainly freelance life I had actual holidays with holiday pay!)... 12 unforgettable days exploring the monuments and art which had gripped my imagination since childhood. I hope one day it will be safer to travel there again, and that the destruction of historical sites doesn't spread any further geographically.
